Marketing Support Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator (APAC) to support our global marketing growth and operations teams. This role is critical to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, data is reliable, and reporting is delivered consistently across regions and time zones.
You will work closely with Marketing Growth and Operations team members in London and Singapore to support campaign execution, reporting, events, and APAC-specific initiatives. Most work in this role is done independently using written instructions and project tools, with limited live meetings. Therefore, this is well suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in marketing operations, execution and reporting.
This role helps ensure:
· Campaigns are launched accurately and on time
· Marketing data is reliable and trusted and used to its maximum extent
· Global teams can operate efficiently across time zones
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to marketing technology, analytics, campaign execution, and events operations.
Responsibilities
Reporting & analytics
· Produce recurring campaign, website (GA4), demand generation, and APAC performance reports
· Prepare weekly recap emails and meeting slide packs
· Support campaign and event close-out reporting
Campaigns, events & APAC support
· Support campaign execution, including LinkedIn ad setup and landing page builds
· Create and maintain industry event pages, calendars, budgets, and Salesforce campaigns
· Support APAC initiatives, including website updates, WeChat reporting, and regional research
Marketing operations & systems support
· Create and manage UTMs, form updates, mailing lists, and campaign assets in HubSpot
· Perform first-line reviews of HubSpot workflows and Salesforce–HubSpot sync issues
· Support campaign QA testing and maintain documentation and standard operation procedures
· Maintain task and workflow hygiene in Asana
