SUMMARY                                                                                                                                    

We are looking for a passionate Engineers to take part in our customers journey towards building their next-generation business Networks using Versa’s SD-WAN technology and solutions.

You will be part of Versa’s talented global SE team. This job involves 20 - 30% travel to both domestic and international locations.

 EDUCATION QUALIFICATION                                                                                                                                    

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Application.

 EXPERIENCE                                                                                                                                    

We are looking for expert engineers. You should have more than 10 years of relevant industry experience. This role requires working with Govt and PSU sectors, having experience of working in such sector would be added advantage.

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                                                    

·       Act as Versa SD-WAN expert and work closely with Customer.

·       Communicate with various levels within customer organisation.

·       Advocate, design, deploy Versa solutions for its global customers.

·       Carryout Proof of Concept on-site or off-site.

·       Troubleshoot complex network issues and problems.

·       Translate business problems into High Level Designs and solutions.

·       Create implementation level details and help customers deploying Versa SD-WAN solution.

·       Work closely with Versa business and sales functions to carryout customer workshops, seminars, trainings etc.

·       Provide market inputs to product and engineering functions.

 ESSENTIAL SKILLS                                                                                                                                    

·       Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN Networks.

·       Strong understanding of network design principles, strategies and best practices.

·       In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.

·       Expert level knowledge on WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, LDP, RSVP.

·       Strong understanding on VPNs and Overlay technologies like IPSec VPNs, DMVPN, GET-VPN, Group VPNs, GRE, NVGRE, VXLAN.

·       Strong understanding and knowhow on wide range of technology on topics like cloud computing, SDN, NFV, information security etc.

·       Exposure to multi-vendor network environment.
