ROLE: Senior Community Manager

REPORTS TO:  Regional Manager or Senior Regional Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Community Manager role is designed for high-performing Community Managers who excel in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role provides an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities at a regional level, influencing customer experience and business success. 

In addition to existing Community Manager responsibilities: 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Respond to and resolve regional customer service concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and care.
  • Act as a voice for customers in corporate initiatives and pilot program considerations, ensuring alignment with resident needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regional initiatives and optimize operational processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality resident experience.  
  • Utilize data and feedback to inform decision-making and continuously enhance customer service delivery, while maintaining a strong focus on property financial performance and stakeholder satisfaction. 
  • Take on additional responsibilities as requested by the regional team to support business objectives. 

          CANDIDATE PROFILE      

          • Minimum of three years in a Community Manager role, demonstrating excellent time management and problem-solving skills. 
          • Proven ability to demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying and implementing strategies to improve resident retention and engagement within the community.  
          • Consistent high performance on customer satisfaction metrics, including Kingsley Satisfaction Survey results, Google and Apartment Ratings scores, and property financial performance. 
          • Strong ability to foster team harmony, earn peer respect, and manage teams effectively without impacting property performance. 
          • Willingness to obtain and maintain Mentor Certification after accepting the position. 
          • Highschool diploma or equivalent required. 
          • Some college preferred.
