About the Role
Join Varonis’ global commissions team and play a key role in one of the most impactful processes in the company – how our sales organization is rewarded.

Responsibilities
- Own the calculation, validation, and analysis of monthly commission payments
- Ensure accuracy and integrity across compensation data and commission plans
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve compensation-related issues
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams globally
- Provide clear and professional support to sales teams regarding compensation
- Support the execution and ongoing improvement of commission plans
- Analyze performance data and identify trends or opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
- Excellent Excel skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred (nice to have):
- 1–3 years of experience in an analytical / financial role
- Experience working with Sales teams or commission processes
