The Opportunity
 
Ever been the person who enjoys figuring things out when something doesn’t work? The friend everyone calls when their laptop freezes, an app crashes, or a system behaves strangely?
You might be a perfect fit for Support!
As a Front Line Support Representative, you’ll be the first-person customers connect with when they need help. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, run remote sessions, answer inbound calls, and help people feel supported every step of the way.
This is not a script-reading call center role.
We’re looking for problem solvers, strong communicators, and people who genuinely enjoy helping others.
You don’t need a technical background to get started. If you’re curious, motivated, organized, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the technical side.

What You’ll Do
 
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through tickets, calls, and remote sessions
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through product and configuration issues
  • Respond quickly and professionally while managing multiple priorities
  • Partner with internal teams to help resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Learn how enterprise software and cybersecurity platforms work in real-world environments
  • Test new internal tools and provide feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Identify process improvements and help us work smarter as a global Support organization
 
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, support, or other people-focused roles
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1 minimum)
  • Confidence working with computers, email, web browsers, and basic Windows environments
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Someone who stays calm, curious, and solutions-focused under pressure
This is an entry-level position. No previous IT experience required.
 
 
Nice to Have
 
These are a bonus, not requirements:
  • Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based products
  • Additional languages - French preferred 
  • Interest in cybersecurity or technology
  • Familiarity with networking, SQL, or storage concepts
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment

Work Location
 
Hybrid role based in our Kraków city-center office:
  • 3 days per week in the office
  • During onboarding and training: 5 days per week onsite
