What You Will Do:



Certification & Licensures
Licensed in the State of Virginia or West Virginia depending on the location of primary position Secondary state license may be required within six months of hire
Valid ARRT registration required at time of employment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required *
* New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.

Qualifications
• Must be willing to work in all VH UC/OH/QC clinics; carry licenses that allow for the capabilities; and be flexible with last minute assignments • Be cross-trained in areas as designated by Urgent Care/Occ Health management within 45 days of employment • The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret the appropriate information needed in order to provide care for the age group of patients served.
