eCommerce Site Operations Coordinator

Uplight is creating a new category of energy. We make software that manages energy resources in homes and businesses—including things like smart thermostats, electric vehicles, solar panels, storage batteries, heat pumps, and even people’s behavior—to generate, shift, or save energy to balance the grid, making it more efficient and reliable. This creates clean energy capacity that can be used by the power grid instead of burning more fossil fuels. Our solutions accelerate the transition to clean energy and save money for energy customers.
We are looking for an eCommerce Site Operations Coordinator to drive our company forward, and help us lead the clean energy revolution!
How you will make an impact:
- Implement front-end ecommerce marketplace updates including:
- Creating and maintaining marketplace collections and assortments
- Managing site setup configurations and tasks for new marketplace and feature launches with a focus on delivery to deadline
- Building out product and program pages for new and existing marketplaces
- Implementing enhancements and updates pertaining to product detail, pricing, content, etc.
- Execute accurate quality assurance processes
- Participate in promotion operations planning and execution
- Plan and execute accurate changes in product rebates on the marketplaces
- Intake and assess client requests from internal stakeholders
- Actively communicate updates to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Provide feedback for improvement on current processes to drive efficiency. Introduce ideas for upstream solutions to recurring problems
- Maintain and update documentation
What You Will Contribute:
- Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by operating with excellence
- Contribute to achieving our GMV and net ARR goals by setting up new sites and features
- Create an exceptional marketplace UX experience to drive sales of energy efficiency products, supporting clients in meeting their energy savings goals
What You Bring to Uplight:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills
- Problem solver; is resourceful by actively seeking resolutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree plus one year of relevant experience required
Bonus Points:
- Passion for driving impactful change toward energy efficiency and sustainability
- Experience with GitHub and entry-level coding, especially in YAML
- Experience in the following:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Qualtrics
- Bazaarvoice
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Prismic

Salary Range: $54,000 to $68,000

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
