Implementation Specialist

The Position
We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our delivery team and help launch our software products successfully. In this entry-level role, you’ll support product setup, configuration, testing, and defect triage while collaborating with cross-functional teammates. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build hands-on experience in both technical and project-based work. Roughly 25–50% of your responsibilities will be technical, including SQL queries, data validation, and testing.
This role is based in India and requires working evening hours therefore working hours can be between 9:30 AM - 11:30 PM IST, However, working hours are going to be 9 hours per day as per the policy with needed flexibility depending on season or project, flexibility is expected to align with our North American teams. This schedule ensures real-time collaboration with colleagues and provides direct exposure to international projects.

Responsibilities & Skills
What You’ll Do
  • Assist with product setup, configuration, and testing of SaaS applications, APIs, and data integrations

  • Write and run simple SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting

  • Log, track, and triage software defects with project and technical teams

  • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Maintain project documentation and update task tracking systems (e.g., Jira)

  • Communicate status, risks, and blockers clearly to project stakeholders

Required Skills: 
  • You are an experienced developer  with 0-1 years of professional experience 
  • Familiarity with SQL, databases, and SaaS concepts (through coursework, projects, or internships)

  • Strong communication, organizational skills and commitment to get things done maneuvering the challenges.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new tools and processes

  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
