Opportunity Summary 
 
The Sr. Manager of Integrated Campaigns plays a vital role within the overall Demand Generation function, spearheading the team in the coordination, development, and optimization of global campaigns. This role will work across the marketing organization to bring campaigns to life, planning, developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on the overall success. Responsible for managing all activities necessary to enter the market in a cohesive and efficient manner, the Sr. Manager of Integrated Campaigns is the cornerstone upon which an initiative is built.

This role reports to a Sr Director, Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns and seeks to understand the goals of the business and form project teams of domain experts to execute the campaigns and drive towards the desired goals. This role requires a person who can develop a plan and work cross-functionally to have it executed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention-to-detail and project management skills, a deep understanding of the demand funnel, campaign analysis, and reporting. This candidate should feel comfortable working autonomous and directing campaign strategies in a player/coach role. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Lead a small but mighty team of Program Managers and Content Managers that coordinate, develop, and optimize global campaigns for specific Upland products. 
  • Define integrated campaigns across Upland, using the Forrester/Sirius Decisions’ Campaign Framework, and include four program families: awareness, demand creation, SDR enablement, and customer marketing to drive awareness, engagement, marketing sourced pipeline and bookings.
  • Gather requirements and success criteria for the creation of campaigns and identify what business drivers necessitate the construction. Develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage prospects in a meaningful way resulting in pipeline generation aligned to key segment.  
  • Cultivate a customer-centric approach, demonstrating understanding of target audience and their journey. Leverage these insights to craft campaigns resonating with the ICP. Provide actionable insights to refine tactics and messaging, collaborating closely with the product marketing team. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales and sales development teams to create and implement a performance-based, omni-channel demand gen strategy. Leveraging content across the buyer’s journey and via a variety of digital platforms. 
  • Lead and execute paid media and account-based marketing programs with 6Sense  
  • Establish a campaign framework that illustrates a customer journey path from MEL to MQL and conversion to SAL and SQL. 
  • Determine content needs and gaps that aligns with the theme and messaging of the initiative and commission new assets for the campaign across the organization as necessary. 
  • Create a cross-functional team to deliver assets for the campaign and establish a regular cadence for the communication of updates and tracking completion by team members. 
  • Communicate launch dates and progress information, including the content calendar, to management and stakeholders. 
  • Experience using Marketo, Salesforce and Marketing dashboards for campaign analysis. Independently pull metrics and reports, tell a story with data and make data-informed decisions on future investments.
Experience And Skills Required 
  • 8+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B software company.  
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns across key channels that generate pipeline and bookings.  
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind across multiple campaign channels.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy.  
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI. 
  • You enjoy working with a sales team and have experience managing this relationship as a key marketing partner. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, you can clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting in business reviews.
