Opportunity Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Product of the Content Lifecycle Automation business unit, the Product Manager actively and effectively collaborates with stakeholders, development teams and leadership to build great products. The Product Manager will ensure an aligned understanding of business needs and objectives consistent with understanding of the business value to be delivered and common understanding of release plans and impacts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have impeccable communication & leadership skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a key stakeholder and visionary in continuing to build on our Document Management and Workflow Automation product that adds value and productivity to worldwide customers
- Maintain an expert-level knowledge of the market and stay up to date with its strategic direction and competitive landscape
- Develop value-driven roadmaps and provide key recommendations to Product Councils
- Run Product Councils among key stakeholders that determine direction of the roadmap
- Create and maintain the product backlog based on roadmap, customer enhancements and issues
- Work with our Product owner to provide clear direction to Development and QA - epics, themes and user stories that are granular and well defined
- Understand the needs of all stakeholders (internal, customers, and partners), and manage expectations
- Represent the customer and or partner during feature development and engage the customers and partners when needed
- Manage releases and go-to market strategy from a holistic view that transcends multiple teams
- Work with Marketing to develop key product and content strategy, positioning, campaigns, data sheets and other marketing material related to the product – including delivery to sales team
- Help coordinate and execute customer and partner advisory boards
Requirements:
- At least 5 year of experience Product Manager/Marketing preferred or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to set priorities for scope, risk and quality of technology solutions to meet business needs
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with a history of successful execution of plans
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
- Bring a fun approach to the workplace

- Knowledge of the Document Management and Workflow Automation
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop a clear content management strategy that aligns with the company's goals and the needs of partner organizations. This involves analyzing market trends, competition, and user feedback.
- User-Centric Approach: A focus on user experience and empathy for the end-users.
- Partner Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to cultivate partnerships with external organizations. This involves negotiation, conflict resolution, and the ability to navigate complex partner dynamics.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and sales teams, to ensure the product meets partner and customer needs.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, technology advancements, and partner requirements, and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
- Leadership: Even though Product Managers typically do not have direct authority, they must lead by influence, guiding the product development process and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.
