Trinity Property Consultants is a national property management company specializing in multifamily and student housing communities. We support owners and investors by driving asset performance through strategic marketing, operational excellence, and a resident-first focus. Our marketing team partners with communities across the country to deliver strong brand presence, effective digital campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives that produce qualified traffic and measurable leasing results.
Compensation: $18 to $19 hourly, depending on experience.
Schedule: The schedule will be Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to support our Senior Marketing Manager and broader marketing team in executing key strategies across our national portfolio. This role will assist with auditing marketing spend, refreshing marketing assets, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that help optimize leasing results.
This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing, paid media, digital strategy, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with marketing leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional partners while learning how marketing tactics directly influence property performance.
What You’ll Own
• Work alongside Senior Marketing Manager on managing marketing strategy and spend across the portfolio.
• Help monitor and audit marketing spend across properties to ensure alignment with budget and performance goals.
• Assist in maintaining and updating marketing assets including campaigns, ILS listings and social media.
• Assist in preparing materials for strategy calls, presentations, and cross-functional meetings with operations teams.
• Support campaign performance by pulling reports, analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy development for underperforming assets.
• Take on ad hoc projects related to national marketing initiatives, process improvements, and campaign optimization.
• Provide support to the marketing team on other initiatives such as but not limited to: email campaigns, website optimization, Google Ads, Meta Ads, media optimization, and design.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as impressions, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and audience targeting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools.
• Preferred but not required: familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or reporting tools like Google Analytics.
Requirements
Availability
This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, as well as occasional travel for company events or meetings. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Physical Demands
This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may be required. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The role may require lifting up to 25 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
