Tribalco is actively seeking an experienced PC Support Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ticket queues, assign tickets to technicians and ensure that unresolved issues are reported and/or escalated in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and C4IM standards
  • Provide daily briefs of any significant issues and immediately report all outages or hazardous conditions
  • Provide appropriate and timely Desktop and Systems related reports, activities, and\or verification per the PWS
  • Audit Enterprise Services tickets to ensure service fulfillment and with adherence to defined Service Level Agreement
  • Create and maintain detailed service guides - Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) for common desktop\systems\server tasks. Ensure that the TTPs are followed by staff and updated as needed
  • Develop strong communications and working relationships with internal and external NEC support teams
  • Provide technical oversight and assistance to Desktop and Systems Technicians
  • Create and maintain checklists for periodic tasks to ensure the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and IT metrics tasks are being met
  • Periodically review Microsoft Active Directory Organizational Unit structure to ensure Group Policy configurations, user/computer/server objects are assigned properly
  • Evaluate computer hardware and software deficiencies to plan for correction of deficiencies
  • Verify operating system service packs, patches, and application updates are applied within Cyber Task Orders deadlines
  • Prepare Request for Change with related documentation for any systems change and present to the Technical Review Board for approval before implementing changes
  • Prepare and present Requests for Information as requested by the Government or the Operations Manager
  • Evaluate technician skills and performance to develop educational and mentoring program for Desktop and System Technicians

 

Desired Skills

  • Ability to relocate and reside at the U.S. Army Garrison – Kwajalein Atoll in the Republic of the Marshall Islands (USAG-KA).
  • Experience working at an Army NEC
  • Minimum of two years of experience leading customer facing IT services
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Windows system or server administration
  • Experience and knowledge in VMWare ESXI
  • Experience with SCCM 
  • Experience with ACAS
  • Ability to ride a bicycle or walk at least 2 miles to/from work daily. There are no personally owned vehicles allowed on USAG-KA. Transportation is primarily by bicycle.
  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 30lbs to waist height.
  • Ability to travel by plane or small sea going vessel between working locations.  

 

 

Education and Certifications

  • Must possess and maintain an IAT Level II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002 and current MS Windows server computing environment certification
  • Active Security+ certification, CISSP preferred
  • Current Microsoft systems or server certification
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or another related field preferred. Additional training, certification, and/or years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

 

Clearance

  • Position requires that candidate possess a final secret security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
  • US Citizenship is typically required for a security clearance
