Technical Writer

Full Time 

Tribalco is seeking a self-starting, mission driven, detail oriented, Technical Writer to join our development team to provide mission critical technical solutions for worldwide usage.  Must work well in small team fast paced development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create professional technical documents such as product and user manuals, quick start guides, troubleshooting guides, technical specification sheets, PowerPoints, presentation handouts, and relevant forms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

• Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with customers, engineers, and other organizations to define documentation requirements
• Must possess a knowledge of military specification requirements and logistic support concepts and be able to read and interpret wiring and schematic diagrams
• Prior military or industry experience related to technical writing for networking, communication and complex system field equipment configurations

Education and Certifications:

• 5 years professional Technical Publications writing
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline from accredited college or university, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Clearance:

• An active Secret Security Clearance is required. w/ the ability to obtain a TS Clearance.
  *TS Clearance is a plus
