We are seeking a Social & PR Lead to support upcoming Casting Call initiatives and provide coverage during a maternity leave. This role requires a dynamic professional with marketing experience and deep expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be local to the area, thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment, and be available for occasional travel to support events.

 

NOTE: This is a 6 month contract requiring travel and working up to 3 days per week in office

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms to support Casting Call and other brand initiatives.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content, including copy, graphics, and short-form video.
  • Develop social-specific content tailored to go-to-market (GTM) plans for brand initiatives.
  • Brief cross-functional teams on GTM plans, ensuring alignment and consistent messaging across channels.
  • Assist with photoshoots by capturing behind-the-scenes and event content for real-time and future use.
  • Own and manage the day-to-day social media calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated execution.
  • Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and provide insights/recommendations.
  • Partner with PR team members to align messaging, media opportunities, and promotional strategies.
  • Support press and promotional events, including travel as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and events teams to ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or PR with a strong focus on social media (lead-level responsibility preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media content creation (copy, visual, and video).
  • Knowledge of photography/videography best practices a plus.
  • Experience briefing teams and translating GTM strategies into actionable social content.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in-office up to 3 days per week and travel for events
