Torrid is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Senior Manager, Corporate Systems to lead the development, implementation, and support of core enterprise systems across Finance, HR, and Operations. This role is critical to our fashion retail business, ensuring technology solutions scale with our growth and support both corporate and store functions effectively.
 
What You’ll Do:  
  • Serve as the functional and technical leader for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Accounting, Planning, and related modules), ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other corporate platforms such as UKG (HR and timekeeping).
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for process improvement and digital transformation across corporate functions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into system solutions, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs related to ERP and HR systems.
  • Develop and enforce system governance, change management, and security policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, developers, and support staff.
  • Monitor system performance and support issue resolution to ensure business continuity. 

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP, including end-to-end implementation, configuration, and administration of finance and procurement modules.
  • Proficient with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) and other UKG platforms, covering HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
  • Deep understanding of core business processes spanning finance, HR, and operations, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise system projects from initial planning and requirements gathering through implementation, change management, and post-go-live support.
