Full-Time Position in East Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
  • Agile Leadership: Deliver expert guidance on Agile principles and practices, guaranteeing their effective implementation within the organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility with a servant leadership mindset
  • Champion the Method: Advocate and Evangelize the Agile and Scrum methodology
  • Team Empowerment: Lead team collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving processes. Encourage teams to self-organize, promote accountability, and deliver high-quality results
  • Process Optimization: Seek out chances for process improvement and drive initiatives to improve team efficiency, productivity, and overall project delivery
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes

Additional "Nice to Haves":
  • First level Scrum Master certification
  • Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in of different contexts (team sizes, organizations, cultures, etc.)
  • History of continued education in Scrum -training, conferences, self-study, etc.
  • Knowledge/experience with methods like Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Relevant experience using Jira Agile and Confluence or comparable
