About The Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Casualty Claims Manager who is responsible for managing claim staff that is involved in the investigation of coverage, liability, damages, and resolution of both non-litigated and litigated claim files for casualty claim lines. This role will have an emphasis on construction defect, construction injury, artisan contractor and OL&T claims nationwide, with a heavy emphasis on wrap construction defect coverage and defense, leadership, and direct interaction with the claims staff.

Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required. JD is preferred.
- Must possess or attain State Adjusting Licenses, as required.
- 15+ years of experience handling Wrap Policy Construction Defect cases.
- 10+ years of experience in a Leadership capacity is preferred.
- Must be highly proficient in coverage and experienced handling coverage litigation on behalf of a carrier.
- Needs to possess a high understanding of risk transfer and recovery.
- Should be proficient in litigation management, with an emphasis on legal budget creation and review.
- Possess and have the ability to apply advanced knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures.
- Must be an exceptional communicator and able to make connections externally and internally.
- Displays a flexible mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Holds superior organizational and analysis skills; with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Displays sound analytical skills, as well as strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
