Job Summary: 
This position is responsible for managing and executing the TMHCC talent management strategy designed to advance, support, and retain employees.   In addition, this position enhances and manages processes designed to grow, develop, and move employees across the company - leveraging internal mobility to continuously create new opportunities for enhanced capabilities and performance. This position evaluates and enhances the Performance Management and Talent Planning processes to ensure exceptional delivery, meaningful outcomes, robust talent pools, and complete succession plans. 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve talent initiatives while ensuring they fit into our broader talent strategy.
  • Embrace and contribute to best practices in Talent Management and operational excellence.
  • Enhance and own the succession planning process to improve the bench strength of leadership talent.
  • Own and implement the talent review process including facilitation of sessions with leaders.
  • Evaluates processes, identifies, and recommends opportunities for efficiencies, executes recommendations.
  • Facilitate, integrate, and coordinate Talent Management initiatives, including project planning, resourcing, timing and communications.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on specific Talent Management programs and provide guidance to HR business partners and clients when appropriate.
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine causes for performance gaps and identifies developmental solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Apply HR data analytical skills to collect, analyze, interpret, and report human capital performance metrics and other operational data to identify talent trends, root causes and recommend solutions to critical workforce issues.
  • Continually evaluate and learn new tools, processes or approaches to further improve existing methodologies.
  • Systematically improves other’s ability to set goals, take action and maximize strengths.
  • Design, implement and manage Workday enhancements for talent practices.
 
Position Skills and Experience:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Similar
  • 5 or more years of progressive experience in Talent Management and or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company's business to proactively respond to changing business environment.
