Administrative Assistant Claims – Temporary: 1 year 

 

Location:

Barcelona

Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, based in our Barcelona office, you will be part of the Claims department that focuses on managing and analysing claims on Financial Lines insurance policies such as D&O, E&O and Crime issued to financial institutions, SME and large companies. You will be key in supporting the team along the whole claims handling process.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform a wide array of administrative tasks and provide full administrative support to the claims team
  • Monitor and track new notification flow (log into system, assign and distribute, as well as open notifications)
  • Review closure of claims process (close file in the claims system, and maintain a log updated)
  • Help prepare audits

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school / FP administration
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience in administrative position
