This role is located in our corporate office in Houston, TX.
We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Coordinator who will administer risk and insurance programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the department. In this role, you will also assist in the preparation and control of departmental records and reports regarding operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
            Perform word processing duties for the department that may include the creation of memos, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
            Collect information, develop, and prepare charts, documents, applications, and presentations from general instructions.
            Data entry and data management.
            Maintain claims register and create and maintain claim and other departmental files. Continue to develop knowledge of all the ins and outs of the workers compensation claims process and rules.
            Analyze premium invoices and insurance documentation for accuracy and allocation of insurance costs. Review applications and policy language for accuracy and completeness.
            Track and respond to internal and external requests regarding insurance certificates.
            Collect and distribute workers' compensation postings and Auto Identification cards.
            Maintain and update risk registers.
            Perform duties of Records Management Specialist for the Department.
            Work with others in the department on preparing reports and presentations to members of management and others as assigned.
            Under the direction of the Director or SVP of ERM, work with Internal Controls in keeping controls on the risk registers updated.
 
 
Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements:
 
            Associate degree in business major (or related subjects) or equivalent professional experience in Riks management and administration.
            Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
            Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
            Interest or understanding of property/casualty insurance and reinsurance.
