Position Overview
The IT Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of the market for cyber risk management services and cyber risk management within insurance and use that knowledge to drive the cyber risk management product strategy. The IT Product Manager will work with customers, partners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to find and prioritize the right opportunities and deliver solutions that work for the business and our customers.
The IT Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of the market for cyber risk management services and cyber risk management within insurance and use that knowledge to drive the cyber risk management product strategy. The IT Product Manager will work with customers, partners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to find and prioritize the right opportunities and deliver solutions that work for the business and our customers.
Performance Objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of the cyber risk management space.
- Understand our customer and stakeholder problems and communicate them broadly.
- Prioritize solving the most important problems in the optimal order.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to determine the optimal business solution for each problem, ensuring the solution is viable, consistent, strategic, and simple.
- Communicate the product roadmap to customers, stakeholders, and the IT/Application Development team.
- Develop and communicate product success measurements and outcomes.
- Represent customers and stakeholders in product and release decisions.
- Oversee the work of business analysts where applicable.
- Develop and conduct UAT and training and champion product launches.
- Provide thought leadership within TMHCC and within the marketplace.
- Participate in opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
- Adhere to Company compliance policy and values.
Educational requirements
Four (4) Year/ Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent education and/or experience in computer science or related field.
Experience
- Minimum three (3) or more years of product management experience
- Insurance or cybersecurity domain experience preferred.
Technical Skills
Intermediate proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated success driving business value by launching SaaS, consumer, or cybersecurity products.
- Strong critical thinking, business-focused problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to explain product decisions in ways that can be understood by customers, stakeholders, and IT counterparts.
- Ability to write user stories that are clear, well-organized, and well-understood by both stakeholders and IT counterparts.
- Project management, group facilitation, and time management experience.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the following location, the reasonable pay range for this specific position is Encino, CA, $109,600 - $150,700 annually. The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
