Job Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Scheduling & Call Center Operations to lead and optimize our scheduling processes and call center operations, ensuring efficient patient encounters and top-tier service delivery.
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize patient encounters and improve scheduling processes.
- Oversee call center operations, including staff training, provider relations, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with state agency regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal company policies.
- Prepare and present weekly reports to management, highlighting key areas of focus and improvement.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and respect while managing mailroom operations and support staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in call center and scheduling operations or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to improve operational efficiency and manage large teams.
- Knowledge of state agency regulations and experience with HIPAA, OSHA, and compliance standards.
