Job Summary:  
IMA Clinical Research is urgently seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team in NYC. This position will involve phlebotomy and lab processing. 
 
Salary for this position is $19 an hour- $20 an hour.
Schedule:
  • Flexible hours, with the ability to work up to 40 hours per week during peak times.
  • The role is a contract opportunity starting in September, ending in December. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Follow established protocols per the study requirements. 
  • Perform phlebotomy for subjects participating in the study. 
  • Process labs in accordance with the study requirements. 
  • Maintain accurate records of lab information.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks and work flexible hours as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Current Medical Assistant certification, required. 
  • Current phlebotomy certification, required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including up to 40 hours per week during busy periods.
