Clinical Research Patient Recruiter

Manhattan, NY (On-Site) | $23–$25/hour | Part-Time — 5 hrs/day, 3–4 days/week

Love talking to people and making things happen? IMA Clinical Research is looking for an outgoing, driven Patient Recruiter to help power enrollment for active clinical studies right here in Manhattan.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy calling role for someone who thrives on connection. You'll spend your shifts on the phone with potential study participants — sparking interest, screening for eligibility, and booking them for research visits that could make a real difference in healthcare.

Come from customer service, sales, call centers, recruiting, or healthcare outreach? You already have what it takes — and this role is your gateway into the growing clinical research field.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential study participants
• Build fast rapport and pitch study opportunities with confidence
• Run initial eligibility screenings
• Schedule qualified participants for appointments
• Follow up to keep candidates engaged
• Log outreach activity and team up with the research staff

What You Bring:

• Comfort and confidence on the phone
• Sharp communication and listening skills
• A positive, persistent, goal-driven attitude
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Background in customer service, sales, call centers, recruiting, or healthcare a plus
• Curiosity about clinical research, psychology, or behavioral health is a bonus
