Customer Service Representative- Syracuse, NY
Description
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming emails and calls from clients and attorneys as well as
fellow staff members or physician offices.
- Schedule and manage assigned IMEs case load from the request to case completion including
selection of the Reviewer for the IME.
- Maintain the confidentiality of claimant information.
- Schedule transportation and translation services as needed for claimants.
- Request and retrieve the relevant medical records for the IME appointment.
- Attend Monthly CSR Meetings & One on One Meeting with Manager
- Assist in building sustainable business relationships through open and interactive communication
with attorneys and paralegals.
-Ensure proper customer service is delivered to clients per client protocol.
- Address client complaints and issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up
to ensure resolution. Escalate complex complaints and issues to Liability Manager as appropriate.
-Process copies of Radiology images to be sent to the Provider for the IME.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; Preferred 2-3 years of relevant experience.
