Physician (MD/DO) – VA TBI Evaluations | 1 Day/Week | No On-Call
Syracuse & Watertown, NY

We’re seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to perform VA Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) disability evaluations in a flexible, part-time role. This position is 1 day per week, alternating between Syracuse and Watertown, with minimal travel.
What You’ll Love:
- 1 day/week schedule — no nights, weekends, or on-call
- Evaluation-only role — no treatment, no follow-ups
- Travel to Watertown just 2x per month
- Opportunity to expand to up to full-time by adding General Medical exams
- Compensation: Earn $180 per exam, with full-time potential ranging from $140,000–$150,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
- Perform VA TBI-focused evaluations
- Review medical histories and relevant diagnostics
- Complete clear, timely, and thorough reports
What We’re Looking For:
- MD or DO with an active New York license
- Must meet qualifications to perform VA TBI exams
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel to Watertown 2x/month
- Interest in performing General Medical exams (preferred for expanded hours)
