Clinical Research Assistant – Front Desk

Looking to start a career in clinical research or healthcare? IMA Clinical Research is hiring a Clinical Research Assistant to support front desk operations and patient coordination at our research site.
 
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, aspiring healthcare professionals, or candidates with medical office, administrative, or customer service experience who are interested in gaining hands-on clinical research exposure.
 
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and checking in study participants
• Scheduling appointments and answering calls
• Supporting research staff with documentation and administrative tasks
• Assisting with patient interviews and basic clinical data collection (training provided)

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Medical office, healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Interest in healthcare, psychology, behavioral health, or clinical research
