Clinical Trials Coordinator
Chicago, IL | Full-Time | $60,000–$65,000 annually
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a skilled research professional to support clinical studies focused on psychiatry, behavioral health, psychology, and central nervous system (CNS) conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced investigators while contributing to research that helps shape future treatment options.

What You'll Be Doing
• Oversee daily clinical trial activities to ensure protocol compliance and study success
• Coordinate participant scheduling, study procedures, assessments, and follow-up visits
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with collection and processing of study specimens
• Serve as a liaison between study participants, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and monitoring teams
• Maintain source documentation, case report forms, and study records with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Support site readiness for audits, monitoring visits, and regulatory reviews
• Assist with safety reporting, adverse event documentation, and participant retention efforts
Required Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating clinical research studies
• Phlebotomy proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior experience in CNS, mental health, psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health research preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active studies
• CCRC certification preferred but not required
