Clinical Research Patient Recruiter
Chicago, IL | $23–$25/hour
This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates, aspiring healthcare professionals, psychology or neuroscience majors, pre-med students, or individuals with strong customer-facing experience who are interested in gaining hands-on exposure to the clinical research field.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll connect with potential study participants, help guide them through the screening process, and play a key role in supporting groundbreaking research studies.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential study participants
- Pre-screen candidates for study eligibility
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with research staff
- Educate participants on study expectations and next steps
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation
- Provide a positive and professional participant experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone throughout the day
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, call center, healthcare, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field preferred
- Passion for healthcare, clinical research, or behavioral health
