Job Summary: 
The IMA Group is seeking a Medical Operations Supervisor to be a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, as well as overseeing and guiding a team. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee offices in Albany, Plattsburgh, Poughkeepsie and Middletown. 
This position requires travel to our Albany, Plattsburgh, Poughkeepsie and Middletown offices. The salary for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care and assist in medical procedures. 
  • Supervise and mentor a team, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks. 
  • Oversee and manage daily clinical operations. 
  • Perform medical assistant duties, including taking patient medical histories, preparing exam rooms, and assisting healthcare providers. 
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability and readiness of equipment for clinical use. 
Qualifications: 
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting. 
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, showcasing the ability to guide and support a team. 
  • Proficiency in medical software, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
