Physician (MD/DO) – Veteran Evaluation Services- St. Louis, MO
The IMA Group is seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to join our Veteran-focused evaluation team in St. Louis. This role offers a chance to apply your clinical expertise in a structured, assessment-based setting with a predictable weekday schedule and no on-call demands.
You'll conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for Veterans and document your clinical findings — this is not a treatment role. Physicians here do not prescribe medications or manage ongoing patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical evaluations and physical assessments for Veterans
- Review medical histories, supporting documentation, and diagnostic records
- Document exam findings using established reporting protocols
- Complete detailed medical reports per program requirements
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to keep cases on schedule
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Experience with IMEs, occupational medicine, disability evaluations, or similar assessment work preferred
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility a plus
