Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans for injured workers
- Attend medical appointments and assess treatment progression
- Communicate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
- Prepare timely, detailed case management reports
- Evaluate medical necessity and appropriateness of care
- Assist with return-to-work planning and transitional duty coordination
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Proficient with technology and electronic documentation
- Reliable transportation for local travel throughout Orlando and surrounding areas
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain
- CCM, CRRN, or related certifications are a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
