Description
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support clinical trial operations in Manhattan, NY. This opportunity is well-suited for clinicians interested in psychiatric evaluations, research assessments, and structured study-related work in a collaborative clinical environment.
This is a full-time weekday position with a consistent schedule and no overnight or on-call responsibilities.
Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience and credentials

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct psychiatric interviews and standardized assessment scales for study participants
- Evaluate participant eligibility for active clinical trials
- Perform physical assessments and assist with medication-related study activities as needed
- Collaborate with research coordinators, Sponsors, and study teams throughout trial execution
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in required trainings, certifications, and investigator meetings
Qualifications:
- Active NP or PA license with psychiatric experience
- Experience with behavioral health assessments or structured evaluations preferred
- Interest in clinical research and study-based care models
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
