Clinical Research Front Desk Assistant (Bilingual Required)

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a bilingual Clinical Research Front Desk Assistant to support daily patient coordination and administrative operations at our Austin research site. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare or clinical research who enjoys working directly with patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist study participants during check-in and intake
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage incoming calls
• Support research staff with clerical and documentation tasks
• Help collect basic participant information and assist with interviews
• Maintain organized and accurate records while ensuring a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

• Bilingual required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
• Prior experience in healthcare, front desk, customer service, or administration is a plus
• Interest in clinical research, psychology, healthcare, or behavioral health preferred
