Part-Time Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist – Clinical Research (Temp to Perm)

IMA Clinical Research is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our team as a Clinical Research Assistant, supporting patients through clinical trials in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Schedule
- 3–4 evening shifts per week, 6:00 PM – Midnight
- Occasional weekend shifts
- Must be available and flexible to meet study needs
What You'll Do
- Welcome and guide patients through their clinical trial visits
- Collect vitals, EKGs, and patient interview data
- Perform phlebotomy and process lab specimens accurately
- Support scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with study teams to keep trials running smoothly and on schedule
What You Bring
- High school diploma (required)
- 6+ months of medical office experience
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine patient-first mindset
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Flexibility for evening and occasional weekend shifts
