Remote Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (Workers' Compensation)

About the Role
Help injured workers get the right care and get back on their feet, all from home. As a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager, you'll assess the physical and psychological needs of individuals with work-related injuries through consultative evaluations. This is a case management role, with no hands-on treatment. You'll partner with physicians and claims adjusters to build effective, cost-conscious treatment plans for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.

Location & Pay
Fully remote. Candidates must possess a current California RN license and an active compact RN license in another state, and reside outside of California.
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, based on licensure, certifications, and experience.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver tailored case management for individuals with work-related injuries
  • Collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters on efficient, budget-conscious treatment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Serve as the key link between patients and their healthcare providers

What You Bring

  • Current California RN license and active compact RN license in another state
  • Residence outside of California
  • ASN or higher nursing degree
  • Clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neurology
  • Workers' compensation case management experience (preferred)
  • Spanish fluency (preferred)
