IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our Warren, NJ research site. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical research professional who enjoys working directly with patients, managing studies independently, and contributing to the development of new therapies through industry-sponsored clinical trials.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate clinical trials from study startup through closeout
- Serve as a key point of contact for study participants, sponsors, and CROs
- Conduct study visits and perform patient-facing procedures, including phlebotomy and vital signs
- Ensure protocol compliance and adherence to FDA, ICH-GCP, and sponsor requirements
- Maintain accurate source documentation and regulatory records
- Identify, document, and report adverse events per protocol requirements
- Support monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor communications
- Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
- Experience coordinating industry-sponsored investigational product (IP) clinical trials
- Strong phlebotomy skills and patient interaction experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- CCRC certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple studies while maintaining attention to detail and compliance
