Bilingual Tier 1 Scheduler (Remote Position)

Job Summary:
The IMA Group is actively recruiting for training classes and seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Tier 1 Scheduler. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently scheduling medical and psychological examination appointments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness, while managing both outbound and inbound calls.
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Interface with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal staff to facilitate seamless scheduling and address inquiries.
- Accurately enter and maintain scheduling information in the company's database, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, working collaboratively with team members to find efficient solutions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of scheduled appointments and related communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year clerical and telephone experience.
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles is preferred.
