Bilingual Medical Receptionist- Philadelphia, PA

The IMA Group is looking for a customer-focused Bilingual Medical Receptionist to run our front desk and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll be the first face our patients see, so a warm, professional presence matters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Register new patients, schedule appointments, and manage records
  • Answer phones and handle inquiries to keep patient flow moving
  • Update and maintain records in our electronic medical records system
  • Handle filing, data entry, and office supply management
  • Coordinate with medical staff on patient check-in/check-out

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of receptionist/customer service experience (medical setting preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with office equipment and basic software
  • Organized and able to multitask; familiarity with medical terminology a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency is required.
