Job Summary:
IMA Clinical Research is urgently seeking a dedicated LPN Clinical Research Coordinator or RN Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Albany. This position involves preparing and administering vaccines.
Salary: $30-50/hour, depending on experience, licensure and/or certifications.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours, with the ability to work up to 40 hours per week during peak times.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer vaccines according to established protocols.
- Ensure all vaccinations are conducted safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of vaccinations administered.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks and work flexible hours as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN licensure required.
- Previous experience with vaccine administration preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including up to 40 hours per week during busy periods.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience preferred; significant demonstrated experience considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
