What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and oversee care for injured employees
- Review medical records and treatment plans
- Collaborate with providers, employers, and stakeholders
- Guide return-to-work strategies and recovery progress
- Travel within the Flagstaff and surrounding areas (residency in Flagstaff not required)
What You Bring:
- Active RN license (ADN or higher)
- Acute care background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Workers’ Comp or case management experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
