The IMA Group is expanding across New Jersey and seeking experienced Field Nurse Case Managers to join our growing 1099 network. Build a schedule that works for you—whether you prefer a few cases or a full caseload—while using your expertise to drive better outcomes for injured workers.
Compensation: $60–$65/hour
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive medical case management for injured workers
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
- Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and conduct job site assessments
- Monitor patient progress and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage caseload priorities and develop strategic care plans
- Attend appointments and complete timely, detailed reports
What You Bring
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Malpractice liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel within assigned areas
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Access to personal computer and phone
