Job Summary:
Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for driving growth through innovative campaigns and impactful strategies? Join the IMA Clinical Research team as a Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and engaging key audiences within the clinical research industry.
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states currently. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Design and develop compelling marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, introducing innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Manage branding for onboarding and community promotional events.
  • Coordinate all aspects of trade show planning, including promotional content, logistics, and onsite operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Oversee blog and social media content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Track marketing activities and assess ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Education and Experience: 
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in planning and executing trade shows.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for clinical research or site network marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Familiarity with clinical research terminology preferred.
  • Attention to details along with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
