Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Clinical Research in Austin, TX
The Clinical Research Division at The IMA Group is expanding in Austin and looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing research team. You'll help bring new treatments to patients while ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance — all from our Austin-area clinical research site.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential study participants and determine trial eligibility
- Perform physical examinations and study-related assessments
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and internal SOPs
- Collaborate with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors
- Complete required sponsor training and attend investigator meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (Texas license or eligibility for Texas licensure required)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical and/or research experience
- Clinical research experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong clinical backgrounds and a willingness to learn research processes
