Position Purpose:
The IMA Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will enter scheduling data into WATs received from VA subcontractors, monitor processing dashboards to ensure reports are submitted, and perform schedule checks to ensure accuracy.

The salary for this position is $16 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor data transfers and manually schedule disability vouchers in IMA’s system.
- Oversee and support the data entry team, ensuring timely task completion and productivity.
- Identify and escalate any scheduling or IT issues to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with clinics and disability agencies to ensure accurate documentation for appointments.
- Ensure provider schedules are fully booked and report issues to the Provider Relations department.
- Train and coach new and existing data entry staff.
- Assist with special projects and assignments from various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
- Experience: 1 year of administrative or data entry experience (required). Scheduling or medical administrative experience preferred.
