Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers
- Attend medical appointments and assess treatment progression
- Communicate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
- Prepare timely and detailed case management reports
- Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiency
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed
- Support return-to-work planning and transitional duty recommendations
- Provide bilingual communication support for injured workers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Bilingual required (Spanish/English preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain
- CCM or related certifications are a plus
