Position Overview

We’re searching for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to transform complex business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is not about checking boxes, it’s about building, optimizing, and innovating within Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to support multiple business units. You’ll serve as the go-to Salesforce expert, ensuring data integrity, smooth integrations, and operational excellence across our organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, responsible for administration, development, and platform optimization.
  • Design and build Flows, Screen Flows, validation rules, custom applications, and process automations that streamline business operations.
  • Write and execute SOQL queries, manage Apex classes, triggers, and custom code to support advanced business logic.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot integrations across Salesforce, Vonage, DocuSign, Rollup Helper, Attention AI, and other connected tools.
  • Maintain strong data governance practices, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility across the platform.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand needs and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Lead user training and adoption, developing internal resources and documentation.
  • Participate in roadmap planning, technical discussions, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Mentor junior team members and help establish Salesforce best practices and standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 2+ years supporting 200+ users.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; at least one advanced certification preferred (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).
  • Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong command of Flows, Apex, SOQL, validation rules, Lightning App Builder, and complex automation design.
  • Experience managing APIs, middleware, and native integrations.
  • Excellent data management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.
  • Background in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, analytics platforms, or predictive insights.
