SuprTEK is looking for an experienced Oracle APEX/RDS Developer for the Application Management System (AMS) team in the National Capital Region.

This position will support the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army (OAA) Information Technology Management Office (ITMO) in maintaining the Financial Asset Management System (FAMS) posture for Information Level 4 (IL4) assets hosted within the Azure GovCloud for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). 


  • Experience in Application Development using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Developer Oracle Application Express (APEX)
  • Creating forms for an Oracle application using the APEX platform
  • Develop, troubleshoot and test APEX forms in all phases of implementation
  • Participate in a team environment to provide input and meet established objectives
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle RDS or Oracle APEX a plus
  • Experience with incorporating CAC authentication a plus 


  • Requires active/current Secret clearance
  • Requires Security+ (Plus) CE
  • PSQL 1-2 years of experience
  • Programing (any language) 1-2 years experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working on a team
