Responsibilities:
Interns will support the hotel acquisitions team by researching hotel markets, building and analyzing financial models, and evaluating potential hotel investments. Responsibilities include:
- Creating effective financial models;
- Conducting thorough research regarding real estate markets and public equity and debt opportunities;
- Carrying out assigned duties involved with the many facets of bringing a deal to funding, including presentation to final investment committee;
- Creating concise written presentations.
- *This role will specifically focus on Hotel Assets.

To be considered for the 2027 Summer Internship Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Graduation date or anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 - Spring 2028
