Overview 
We’re looking for an ACD-level Copywriter with pharma communications (Comms) experience to engage  with us on a variety of projects. You’ll be part of a team with strong conceptual thinking, elevated writing  craft, and the ability to translate complex science into clear, compelling ideas that resonate. We seek a balance of big-idea development, brand voice stewardship, and omnichannel storytelling—from HCP to consumer—across campaigns, PR-related opportunities, and launch work within healthcare and pharma. We’re looking for people with that “earned-first” mentality.You’ll partner closely with art directors, strategists, medical, and account teams to shape the messaging and conceptual voice of major healthcare brand initiatives—delivering work that’s strategically sound, medically accurate, and creatively inspiring.

Key Responsibilities 
Lead the copy and concept development for integrated pharma and healthcare campaigns, from brand positioning to omnichannel execution. 
  • Partner with ACD-AD and other creative team members to develop big brand ideas. 
  • Translate strategic insights and medical content into compelling stories—headline systems, narratives, scripts, and long-form copy—that push category boundaries while staying compliant. 
  • Collaborate closely with art directors to ensure cohesion between message and visual expression across every touchpoint. 
  • Write and refine copy across channels (digital, social, video, print, experiential, PR, email/CRM), adapting voice and structure to audience and context. 
  • Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, championing ideas with clear rationale and strategic storytelling. 
  • Support production by reviewing scripts, storyboards, and layouts for accuracy, tone, and craft—ensuring fidelity to the idea through final deliverables. 
Qualifications 
7–10+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 3–5 years in healthcare/pharma agencies or brand activation communications. 
  • Portfolio and résumé that demonstrate your abilities developing big campaign ideas.  
  • Strength in brand voice, messaging architecture, and omnichannel storytelling—from concept to launch and lifecycle. 
  • Deep understanding of FDA, legal, and medical review (MLR) processes. 
  • Ability to write across formats: headlines, HCP detail aid and MOA copy, video scripts, social, email/CRM, PR materials, and long-form content. 
  • Excellent presentation skills—able to articulate creative ideas verbally and in writing, with strategic clarity. 
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.
